About The RoleDuring an exciting period of transformation, we are seeking a Treatment Room Team Leader to join our busy practice. This role involves conducting clinical duties such as health assessments, immunisations, pathology collection, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, and equipment sterilisation. You will assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management. Building relationships to ensure patient comfort and triaging patients are also key responsibilities.
About You- You are a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or an Acute setting. Leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential, as we support your development.
- You are passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can work independently when needed.
- You have unrestricted Australian work rights and can provide evidence of vaccination and immunity.
