Lotus Dining is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for career-minded individuals to join our new Regional Restaurant team at Marilo by Lotus in Park Proxi Bowral. We are hiring for full-time positions including Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, and Event Manager.

Requirements and Abilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role, with a drive to grow professionally. Strong presence, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong beverage knowledge; a background in beverage service would be beneficial.
  • Financial acumen – understanding of P&L, budgets, GP, wages, rosters, and forecasting.
  • Experience in setting staff and company KPIs, goals, targets, and increasing sales.
  • Ability to oversee front and back of house staff procedures, food compliance, and licensing.
  • Solutions-focused mindset, proven ability to work autonomously.
  • Skills in recruiting, training, and developing new team members.
  • Experience in developing managers and managing poor performance.
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Approved Manager and First Aid certification preferred.
