The role of Customer Service Team Member involves working in a fast-paced environment on a client site, primarily managing physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, according to set standards and contractual requirements.

Main Duties:
  1. Mailroom
  2. Reception duties
  3. File creation and retrieval
  4. Data entry/admin tasks
  5. Handling and resolving phone and email inquiries
  6. Ad hoc administration duties
  7. Moderate to heavy lifting
Key Requirements:
  1. Current valid driver's license, able to drive a van in CBD and possibly heavy traffic
  2. Availability to travel to sites in CBD, Mitcham, and Mulgrave
  3. Mailroom and reception experience is an advantage; training provided
  4. Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  5. Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  6. Ability to work well within or lead a team
  7. Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills
  8. Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
