Ox Securities is a fast-growing and reputable company in the FX and CFD industry. We are seekinghighly motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and high-quality support to our clients through multiple communication channels, including email, social media, live chat, and phone.
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, live chat, and email.
- Maintain high service-level standards, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Address client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Assist clients with payment-related inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Analyse and respond to trading inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

- Passion for delivering top-tier customer service with a client-first mindset while adhering to industry best practices.
- 2+ years' experience in customer success or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5 or Iressis an advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge effectively.
- Confidence in communicating across multiple channels to influence and assist customers efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
