Responsibilities
  • Lead, implement and evaluate regional and national initiatives designed to attract prospective students from all walks of life.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop student recruitment strategies that create lasting impact.
  • Provide guidance and empowerment to a team, fostering collaboration and helping individuals reach their full potential.
Position Details
  • Total Remuneration: $121,744 to $131,995 pa (including salary of $102,876 to $111,538 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
  • Location: Bundaberg, Gladstone or Rockhampton (Relocation support available)
  • Fixed-Term (until , Full-Time
Position Requirements
  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management, sales, marketing, event management or education with experience and knowledge in development of strategies and plans.
  • A degree with at least four years' subsequent relevant experience in marketing or the education space; or extensive experience and management expertise in marketing or education; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team, manage performance, and develop and nurture individual talent to achieve qualitative and positive outcomes.
