Join Us as a Supplier Services Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support and ensuring smooth operations? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and play a key role in supporting suppliers through our in-house CAPlink system.

Role Purpose

As a Supplier Services Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for supplier account support, data integrity, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate reconciliation, timely issue resolution, and seamless system usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to suppliers using the CAPlink system.
• Run monthly reports to identify missing data and follow up with suppliers to ensure complete processing.
• Keep supplier details up to date and accurate.
• Resolve supplier queries with precision and professionalism—first contact resolution is your goal.
• Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved matters to the Supplier Services Manager when needed.
• Monitor supplier sales trends and credit balances to maintain data integrity.
• Investigate member credits to ensure proper entitlement.
• Format CSV files for system processing and manually enter invoices and credits into Epicor when required.
• Support the Operations Coordinator with onboarding new suppliers, terminations, and advertising initiatives (Purple Pages and Sparks).
• Provide operational support to Customer Service when needed.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in account reconciliation with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (preferred).
