  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, etc.) to identify and engage qualified IT candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Job Descriptions & Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and create detailed job descriptions for various IT roles (e.g., Software Developers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, etc.).
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with relevant department heads and technical teams.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent by proactively engaging with passive candidates. Establish and maintain relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Talent Pool Development: Develop and maintain a database of qualified IT candidates and track progress through the hiring process. Ensure the talent pool remains up to date and aligned with the organizations needs.
  • Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to present job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in the IT industry. Monitor competitor hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific technologies to attract the best talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source of hire, and provide regular updates to the hiring team on recruitment progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and IT department needs.
