Program and Student Services Coordinator
Job Description:The Program and Student Services Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting students to have the best possible study abroad experience. They work closely with various teams to provide exceptional student support and advising, ensuring that students receive high-quality services throughout their journey.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to students to ensure they are well-equipped for their study abroad experience.
- Manage incidents and crises that may arise, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
- Welcome students to the centre at the front desk and conduct regular welfare checks to monitor their well-being.
- Secure guest speakers, excursions, and site visits, taking input from Internship and Academic Teams to create engaging experiences for students.
- Collaborate with the Program Management Team in the USA to develop pre- and post-arrival student materials, ensuring seamless transitions for students.
- Attend social events for student arrivals and departures, fostering a sense of community and connection among students.
- Maintain a database of suppliers and contacts, negotiating competitive pricing for program expenses.
- Create customized program calendars and itineraries, tailoring experiences to meet the needs of each group.
- Act as a member of CEA CAPA's crisis management team on a rotational basis, providing critical support during challenging situations.
- Host representatives from existing and prospective institutional partners, showcasing the benefits of partnership with CEA CAPA Sydney Program.
- Implement student activities within the study center, promoting engagement and interaction among students.
- Develop personal and professional development opportunities for students, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and excellent customer service skills. They should also have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a high degree of professionalism, and excellent time and event management skills.
