About the role...

Are you a highly skilled Sales Coordinator ready to advance into Account Management?

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW seeks a highly organized and energetic team member to join its fast-paced Commercial Team for the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

About you…

With previous experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Effective sales experience
  • An interest in or background in Account Management
  • An interest or background in events
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Teamwork to achieve budget goals
  • Experience in client-facing sales roles, including proposal preparation and presentation
  • Strong research skills for lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels
  • A solution-oriented approach focused on building relationships
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning, and administrative skills
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, energetic work ethic, and initiative

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS), since 1822, has influenced Australian agriculture through competitions, education, and events. As a not-for-profit, RAS supports agricultural development and rural communities across Australia.

RAS manages the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry, and Sydney Showground, which hosts various events and sports including AFL and Cricket.
