If you're the type who can woo a client, hit a target, and still remember the canapé count, we need to talk.
We're on the hunt for anEvent Sales Managerwho can bring the big ideas (and bigger bookings) to two of Sydney's most iconic venues: Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel and The Log Cabin.
This is not your standard desk job.
Yes, you'll be based at our Lane Cove HQ, but you'll also be where the fun happens by the harbour, by the river, and everywhere in between.
What you'll actually be doing (besides sipping the occasional spritz):
Turning "just enquiring" into "just booked" — again and again.
Being the trusted guide for clients from first hello to final cheers.
Teaming up with venue legends to deliver seamless, memorable events.
Juggling sales targets, budgets, and reports like a total pro.
Selling dreams, not just function packages.
What we're looking for (aka your party tricks):
Event sales or event management experience — hospitality or venues are our sweet spot.
A proven record of smashing sales targets (and doing a victory dance after).
Organisation skills so sharp they could slice wedding cake.
People skills that win over brides, corporates, and Uncle Barry at the bar.
Bonus points if you've wrangled weddings or large-scale events before.

Four generations, countless beers poured, and a legacy built on good old-fashioned hospitality, that's the Laundy way.
It all started in 1945 with the Sackville Hotel in Rozelle and grew into one of NSW's most recognisable hospitality families.
Today, with 40+ venues from trusty locals to beachfront playgrounds, Laundy is where people gather, celebrate, and create stories.
Think Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, The Log Cabin, Woolwich Pier, Marsden Brewhouse... the list goes on (and so do the good times).
