Anytime Fitness Club Manager

As Club Manager, you'll wear many hats—from building a strong community culture to driving sales and managing daily operations. You'll be one of the faces of the club, so a passion for people is essential Your mission is to create a fun, welcoming, and non-intimidating space where members feel like they belong.

And yes—you're also responsible for making the business a success.

• Implement local marketing campaigns
• Execute all aspects of the sales and marketing process
• Generate leads and perform community outreach
• Hit monthly sales and performance targets
• Create promotional opportunities and partnerships
• Drive membership growth and retention
• Build relationships with every member (know them by first name)
• Maintain a strong, positive club culture that keeps members coming back
• Manage the club's social media presence
• Oversee administrative and operational duties

• Someone who's HAPPY and energises the room
• 1+ year of experience in a sales-focused role (essential)
• Experience in any sales role will be considered for this position
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Naturally great with people – outgoing, confident, and engaging
• Strong attention to detail and great time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be coached and take feedback from your Manager
• Computer literacy and social media savvy
• Fitness industry experience is required
