Job Title: Club Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for members.

Your mission will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage sales and operations, and maintain a strong social media presence. You will also be responsible for building relationships with members, overseeing administrative duties, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation and community outreach.
  • Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong club culture.
  • Create promotional opportunities and partnerships to drive membership growth.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with members and promote the club.
  • Oversee administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role.
  • Experience in any sales role will be considered for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Natural ability to work with people, being outgoing, confident, and engaging.
  • Strong attention to detail and great time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be coached and take feedback from your Manager.
  • Computer literacy and social media savvy.
  • Fitness industry experience is required.
