Assistant Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Fairy Meadow

Overview

Step into a dynamic role with Anytime Fitness Fairy Meadow and take the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As our Assistant Club Manager, you won't just help run a gym — you'll empower members and support a team that drives success every day.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Club Manager in steering the daily operations of the sales and fitness teams
  • Oversee in-house sales and help execute effective lead generation and marketing plans that boost brand awareness and membership sign-ups
  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Coordinate engaging pre-sale events and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage the performance of club employees
  • Hire and train new staff, helping them reach their full potential
  • Meet performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facilities maintenance
  • Implement corporate policies and business practices
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and operational excellence
  • Keep the club clean, safe, and well-maintained
About You
  • You have a genuine passion for health and fitness and a track record of effective management
  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in overseeing staff management and development
  • Solid understanding of sales and operational success
  • Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities
  • Positive and motivating communication style
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work weekdays (9am–7pm) and Saturdays
  • Motivated to grow in a development role, with the aim of stepping into a future Club Manager position
