THE ROLE

As a Supervisor at JD Sports, you will support the management team by leading your department in delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store's management to maintain standards and achieve results. Your responsibilities include leading by example, driving sales and KPIs, coaching your team, and maintaining visual standards to ensure your department is well-stocked.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Modeling exceptional customer service consistently
  • Coaching team members to deliver outstanding service and foster a 'service over task' environment
  • Driving sales, conversion rates, and KPI performance
  • Collaborating with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
  • Upholding retail standards and visual merchandising excellence
  • Supporting management to improve financial performance within your department
  • Assisting with profit protection processes
  • Participating in new team member inductions and ongoing training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years of retail or similar industry experience
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • A positive attitude and ability to motivate your team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging customers and team members
