We are currently looking for casual and part-time Beginner Coaches to join the team at Edgecliff. We will assist you in gaining your Intermediate Gymnastics Coach Accreditation and support your development as a Gymnastics Instructor.

About the role:

Working alongside qualified Gymnastics Instructors, you will contribute to the delivery of YMCA Gymnastics programs and services. Beginner Coaches should maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of YMCA gymnastics programs, industry trends, and development. The role requires an energetic, motivated individual who is eager to learn, use their own ideas, and prioritize children's wellbeing. You will work with instructors until you obtain your full qualification.

Must be keen to learn, develop, and ensure a fun environment that promotes children's wellbeing.

You will come with:

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Beginners coaching accreditation (desirable)
  • Coach affiliation/technical membership (desirable)
  • Experience working with children of various ages
