Who are we looking for? Motivated and experienced Staff Specialists in Emergency Medicine (FACEM) and Rural Generalists with advanced skills in Emergency Medicine (RACGP and ACRRM Fellows) to serve Tasmania's North West Coast region, managing two hospitals with approximately 60,000 annual ED presentations. Our department is accredited for emergency medicine training and offers diverse professional development opportunities.
Salary: Salary packages include base salary points from $216,300 to $296,640, with additional benefits such as allowances, relocation costs, and superannuation contributions. Benefits also include accommodation and professional development allowances.

Essential Requirements: Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty. Pre-employment checks include conviction and disciplinary background verifications.
