Security Officer - NV1 Clearance Security Noble Park Victoria

We are seeking Government Cleared NV1 Security Officers to work with our Data Centre at Noble Park Victoria. The role offers permanent and/or casual opportunities.

The successful candidates will provide a high level of customer service and assist as required in resolving issues. As the first point of contact with staff and visitors, you will ensure efficiency and effectiveness are maintained at a consistent level. You will be required to fill shifts across all time periods of the week when available.

To be considered for this position, you must have at a minimum:

  • A current Victorian Security Licence
  • A current NV1 Clearance level (or higher) Government Security Clearance – Desirable but not mandatory
  • Consideration may be given to staff that hold a Baseline clearance with the ability to upgrade to NV1
  • Proven experience in a similar role, Data Centres encompassing reception / concierge / security operations duties
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
  • An ability to form effective client and employee relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • The ability to produce high quality reports
  • Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft products)
  • High levels of customer service skills
  • Availability to work additional shifts as relief
  • A current smart mobile phone with credit and the ability to use apps
  • Capacity to act autonomously, a high level of attention to detail and sound analytical skills
