Position : Female Disability Support Worker (Urgent Requirement)

Location : Sunshine Coast – Coolum, Maroochydore, Noosa

We are urgently seeking female disability support workers to join our dedicated team in the Sunshine Coast region. If you're compassionate, active, and experienced in supporting participants with mental health challenges, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to participants with mental health conditions
  • Engage and encourage outdoor activities and healthy exercise routines
  • Deliver person-centred, empathetic care tailored to individual needs
  • Assist participants in reaching their personal and NDIS goals

Requirements :

  • Must be female (requirement based on participant preference)
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges
  • A genuine passion for outdoor activities and fitness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to foster trust and build positive relationships

Experience :

  • Disability Support Work : 1 year (Preferred)

Licence / Certification :

  • First Aid Certification (Required)
  • Working with Children Check (Required)
  • National Police Certificate (Required)
  • Driver Licence (Required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)

Work Authorisation :

  • Australia (Required)
