Job Description
Warmly greeting patients and providing them with a stellar first impression of 1300SMILES Chinchilla.
Process payments, manage appointments, and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.
Offering support and information to our patients, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
Working closely with our dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Contributing to the positive and inclusive culture at our practice.
Qualifications
Friendly and approachable, with strong communication and organisational skills, able to multitask while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the workplace and supports colleagues
Enthusiastic about learning, professional growth, and embracing new challenges in a supportive environment
Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus
