About The Role
Our Mount Arthur South site located in the beautiful Hunter valley Region is looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance administration functions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
You will be required to assist the broader maintenance team in a variety of key areas including payroll, purchasing, invoicing, APWF and maintenance financial reporting.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 5:2 roster with a monthly rostered day off.
About You
- Strong administration experience with exposure to a maintenance, mining or heavy industry environment being highly regarded
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong financial / accounting acumen exposure and experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritising tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work harmoniously with others
- Problem solving – identifying and finding a solution autonomously
- Excellent Communication skills – both written and verbal
