Empower Passengers Assist with myki sales, top-ups, and expert ticketing advice to keep travel smooth and hassle-free. Keep the Station Safe & Welcoming Maintain a visible presence, enhance security, and help create a supportive environment for all. Be Proactive & Problem-Solve Spot station faults, report them, and follow up to keep things running efficiently.
