Responsibilities
- Flexibility That Works for You Enjoy a permanent part-time role (minimum 50 hours per fortnight) with opportunities for extra hours when needed.
- Be the Voice of the Station Make engaging public announcements, keeping travellers informed with clear, up-to-date information.
- Be the Friendly Face Commuters Rely On Guide customers with timetable details, assist at ticket barriers, and offer expert advice on transport options, including bus, tram, and train services.
- Make a Difference Provide support to customers with special needs, ensuring a safe, accessible, and comfortable journey for everyone.
- Empower Passengers Assist with myki sales, top-ups, and expert ticketing advice to keep travel smooth and hassle-free.
- Keep the Station Safe & Welcoming Maintain a visible presence, enhance security, and help create a supportive environment for all.
- Be Proactive & Problem-Solve Spot station faults, report them, and follow up to keep things running efficiently.
- Enjoy the Buzz of a 24/7 Network Work in a dynamic team with flexible shifts, including exciting weekend coverage when trains run.
