The role involves managing the College's accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and financial records, with opportunities to contribute to financial reporting and budgeting within the Finance, Business, and Administrative teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, statements, and financial recordkeeping
  • Handle fee-related enquiries, negotiate payment plans, and maintain communication records
  • Liaise with parents/guardians to resolve payment issues
  • Coordinate with debt collection agencies as needed and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, and other administrative functions

Qualifications
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher
