**The opportunity...**

As a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor)**,** you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

You'll also play a key role in:

- To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values and motivate them
- Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
- Serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment and confidently make store decisions.

**We would love to hear from you if...**
- You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
- You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer
- You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
- You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
- Have a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
