Overview

Brand Marketing Manager - 12 month maternity cover at JCT600 Ltd. This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. The role combines home working with our Head Office site in Apperley Bridge, with occasional work from sites across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day management of the Brand Marketing team consisting of 4 Brand Marketing Executives and 1 Content Production Executive.
  • Supporting the Brand Director in achieving targets through effective, measurable marketing activity and market-leading merchandising.
  • Collaborating with management peers to ensure a joined-up plan across all JCT600 marketing activity.
  • Enhancing the JCT600 Brand, supporting the overall Group Marketing Plan and consistently producing high-quality work.
  • Ensuring activities are effective and measurable with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
  • Overseeing all digital merchandising activities for the brand(s), ensuring consistency and impact across platforms.
  • Maintaining high standards for in-store merchandising, reflecting brand identity and enhancing customer experience.
  • Accurately measure all marketing activity, including tagging and tracking, to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Managing marketing budgets, defining channel strategies, and ensuring accurate spend reporting with clear stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
  • Experience in leading high-performing marketing teams or equivalent.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other applications as required.
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to support operational aspects of the business.
  • Decisive decision-making skills around campaign design and channel spend.
  • Accuracy and interest in measuring activity and ROI.
  • Energetic approach to seasonal spikes in workload.
  • Drive to develop colleagues.
  • Valid driving licence with limited points.
