Machine is a family-owned business with over 25 years in the apparel and merchandise industry. Based in Pascoe Vale, we partner with businesses, organisations and events to help build brands and connect communities with a full in-house print & embroidery facility. Having recently moved into a larger premises, we're continuing to grow and are proud to have built a supportive, close-knit team.

Pascoe Vale – Flexible Hours – Family-Owned Business

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (approx. 20–25 hours per week, spread across 5 days, Mon–Fri). The role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things organised, has strong Xero skills and enjoys being a trusted point of support for both the team and our clients.

• Day-to-day bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Managing BAS and IAS preparation, reconciliation and lodgement
• Weekly payroll processing and superannuation compliance
• Assisting with basic HR administration
• Supporting account managers and clients with accounts queries
• Using our industry-specific production software (training provided)

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
• High level of proficiency in Xero (experience with Xero-related apps highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of ATO requirements and updates
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
