**About Us**:
The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 180+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 3 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

**Why are we recruiting for this role?**
You may have seen this role advertised 3ish months ago. Don't worry, we aren't scaring people away. Our current Workplace Experience Specialist has accepted an internal promotion.

**What you will do**:
As our business grows at lightning speed, you will be responsible for looking after our Melbourne Office. This role will be fun, varied, and has the scope to shape and make your own. You'll be a company values ambassador, the keeper of our beautiful new office space, and the glue that puts the day-to-day running together. You’ll partner with our People & Culture team to ensure that every employee has a fantastic experience at Easygo. You’ll work on large-scale projects like office fit-outs/moves as well as handle daily requests, all with a sense of calm.

Organisation is your middle name - you’ll be able to juggle small requests and work on larger projects, updating key stakeholders on competing deadlines. A solid communicator with a can-do attitude who can maintain an effervescent attitude even when the goal posts are continually shifting. You take pride in being able to think on your feet, are proactive and can research when required to get things done, and done well, all within a timely manner. The office will run smoothly with all supplies, systems & policies being managed - all with a smile on your face.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Office Operations:

- Be the go-to person for all office-related requirements
- Plan, scope & project lead the renovation of our 4th office space and assist with a move to a new office 3x the size of our current one
- Providing general support for company meetings and events
- Managing the office orientation process for new employees
- Booking travel bookings and associated requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and manage any associated contracts relating to office facilities.
- Ensure offices are smooth running and that team members are accountable for their general upkeep.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office including management of access cards, general maintenance, ordering of office supplies
- Responsible for company purchasing and subscriptions
- Enabling our team to operate efficiently by ensuring their technology needs are met and onboarding and offboarding is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Event Management
- Organise and deliver amazing team events, including regular all-hands meetings, annual Christmas Party, Team Building Activities, Meetups, ad-hoc celebrations and any other events needed to be hosted throughout the year.
- Organising team lunches/events, arranging catering for meetings/events, making reservations,

**Requirements**:
**You’re perfect for this role if**:

- Have a high standard of integrity, professionalism & ability to handle sensitive & proprietary information appropriately
- Are tech-savvy with exceptional attention to detail & pride in results

- Can handle a fast-paced environment, flex in response to changing priorities & remain calm under pressure
- And ideally, have experience with travel management & events coordination

**It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills)**:

- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
- Australian work rights are preferred.
