We're currently seeking two Packing Operators to join our team in Leeton:

  • 1 x Full-Time Permanent Role
  • 1 x Permanent Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover until 15 May 2026)
About The Role

As a Packing Operator, you'll play a key role in the packaging of finished goods, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. You'll be part of a close-knit team of five, working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging equipment and manually seal bags
  • Lift bags weighing up to 20kg
  • Ensure batch numbers are correctly printed and bags are sealed properly
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency

  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Reliable and safety-conscious
Shift Details
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts:
    • Day: 6:00am – 2:00pm
    • Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
