Hillgrove Resources is committed to growing its flagship Kanmantoo Copper Mine and exploring regional targets.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Officer located in Adelaide, SA. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing occupational health and workplace safety, ensuring compliance with WHS standards, d elivering safety leadership across the site, supporting continuous improvement, f ostering a proactive safety culture, field based engagement, coaching and compliance. The role involves conducting risk assessments, regular safety inspections, and participating in safety training and education to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the mining industry is a must
  • Occupational Health and Safety skills
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS) knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
  • First aid trained
