At Adbri, support safety and wellbeing across Concrete, Cement, Aggregates, and Masonry sectors in a hands-on Health and Safety Graduate role.Your RoleKey responsibilities include:Conduct site audits, investigations, and risk assessmentsParticipate in key projects to strengthen safety cultureVisit operational sites regularly to support frontline teamsBuild technical understanding of WHS legislation, systems, and culture change practicesPartner with site leaders to improve safety performanceIdentify risks and implement safety solutionsWork closely with the national Health and Safety teamAbout YouThe company is looking for:Tertiary qualification in Health and SafetyProactive mindset and strong communication skillsConfidence to build relationships at all levelsMotivation to learn and commitment to making a differencePrevious exposure to high-risk industries (construction, mining, manufacturing) is highly regarded but not essentialCurrent driver's licenceBasic proficiency in office systemsWhite Card is helpful but not required immediately; support provided to obtain one if neededFinal year students or graduates within the last 18 months are eligibleCompensation & BenefitsCollaborative, caring, and innovative team cultureExposure to diverse operational sites across multiple divisionsTraining & DevelopmentStructured onboarding experience with mentorship from experienced advisorsOngoing learning and networking opportunities with industry bodies such as IQA and CCAACareer ProgressionClear development pathways into Advisor, Business Partner, or Management rolesHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a copy of your full academic transcript as a single file at the time of application.This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possibleReport this job
