Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a balanced workload

Skillfully handle emails, inquiries, and owner communications

Address property maintenance requests and execute portfolio-related tasks, supported by our dedicated administrative and leasing team

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Has worked as a Property Manager for at least one year minimum

Robust understanding and experience in property and portfolio management

Experience in PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE preferred but not essential

A strong desire to grow and progress within a friendly and inclusive team

Successful completion of relevant industry training, such as an agent's rep certificate

Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
