As an educator at Mayfield Brinsmead, you'll be a guiding light in a child's early learning journey, creating engaging, meaningful experiences that inspire curiosity and joy. Your Role & Impact
  • Create & nurture a warm and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore.
  • Develop, deliver and inspire engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark creativity and growth.
  • Connect, collaborate and build strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and fellow educators to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Learn, grow and stay curious and committed to professional development, embracing opportunities to upskill and enhance your knowledge.
  • Be flexible and ready to step into different shifts as needed between 6:30am - 6:30pm, ensuring consistent, quality care for our little learners.

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma qualified or working towards in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card
  • Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and making a lasting difference in children's lives.
