About the Role

As the Operations and Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operational logistics across the school
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Supporting risk management and performance reporting
  • Co-ordinating internal audits and policy reviews
  • Liaising with staff and external bodies to maintain high standards of governance

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and proactive problem-solving.

You are
  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Experienced in compliance, administration, or school operations
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Passionate about supporting educational excellence
  • Experience in an educational setting or familiarity with NESA, RANGS and educational requirements will be highly regarded
