-lution is proud to be partnering with 7-Eleven to build their new in-house agency, and we're looking for a confident, hands-on Design Lead to help bring it to life.

This role is about more than just visual craft. You'll set the creative standard, lead and mentor a growing design team, and define how 7-Eleven's visual identity shows up across campaign, content, and retail work. You'll work closely with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency as the function scales.

As part of a broader transformation, you'll help us build a creative culture that balances pace with pride — and delivers work that connects with customers every day.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Set the visual direction for 7-Eleven's brand, campaign, and retail work
  • Review and guide design outputs across social, digital, OOH, and in-store channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of in-house designers, supporting skill development and growth
  • Contribute to high-impact design projects and campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency through design systems, toolkits, and quality control
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and agency partners to ensure aligned delivery
  • Support the rollout of creative automation or templated design tools where relevant

Your toolkit:

  • Strong experience in senior design or art direction roles, ideally in-house or at a creative agency
  • A portfolio that shows multi-channel work across retail, digital, content and campaign formats
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor other designers
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, campaign storytelling, and design systems
  • High standards of craft and a passion for great design
  • Comfortable working in Agile or cross-functional environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
