Overview

We're working on behalf of a growing performance-led digital agency in Sydney, looking to bring on a Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience across key platforms like social, search and video.

You'll be joining a high-performing team of marketers who care about delivering results, continuously learning, and building strategies that make a real impact. It's a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on growth — for both clients and team members.

Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across social, search and video platforms (including Meta, Google, and TikTok)
  • Monitor and interpret performance data to uncover insights and identify opportunities
  • Manage product feeds and data sets to support campaign performance
  • Contribute to strategy development and media planning alongside the wider performance team
  • Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the performance lead
  • Leverage AI tools where useful to streamline workflows and support data-led decisions
  • Communicate campaign results clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients where needed
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years' experience running paid campaigns across social and search channels
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to optimise for results
  • Confident analysing data and making clear, actionable recommendations
  • Sharp attention to detail and high standards of execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using automation or AI tools to boost campaign efficiency (or an eagerness to learn)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment
  • Agency experience is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with ad scripts or automation workflows is a plus
