About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio while benefiting from the backing of an established agency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 3-5 clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Drive new business within your chosen industry, supported by a competitive commission structure (20-50% on revenue secured above a set threshold).
  • Lead strategic communications planning and execution, ensuring high-quality PR outcomes.
  • Work closely with the agency's leadership to expand the business into new sectors.
  • Once your portfolio is established, you'll have the opportunity to hire and manage junior team members.

About You

  • Proven track record of securing new business and growing client relationships.
  • Strong network and the confidence to identify and convert new leads.
  • Background in a PR agency environment, with experience in one or more of the agency's key industries (or the ability to bring a new sector focus).
  • A passion for communications, with strong writing and media relations skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and motivated to build something of your own.
