What You Will Do

Join our dynamic team to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, consumers and carers. This rotational role offers structured mentoring and peer learning to develop your clinical skills. Rotations may include:

  • Community Transitional Aged Care Program (support clients post-discharge in their homes)
  • Acute Care (inpatient setting as part of a multidisciplinary team)
  • Inpatient Rehabilitation (therapy, goal-setting and discharge planning)

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Eligibility for registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA, and completing the final semester of a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or within 12 months of graduation from an entry level Occupational Therapy program at time of application.
  • Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent and willingness to drive for work purposes.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with consumers, teams and agencies; experience in clinical documentation and formal reporting.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and manage routine clinical matters with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational therapy across hospital, community and/or adult mental health settings.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience using evidence-based practice resources to guide decision-making and a commitment to quality improvement.
  • Ability to engage in self-directed learning and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Employment of temporary visa holders may occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen is identified and must not exceed visa conditions.
