About the role

We're expanding our capabilities and investing in new build projects as a key growth area. As a Contracts Administrator (New Build), you'll oversee these projects, valued up to $40m, ensuring they are delivered on time, safely, profitably, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to defect liability and handover
  • Delivering projects in accordance with building specs and standards
  • Helping with the management of contractual requirements
  • Managing tender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiations in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Managing our project delivery systems and EHSQ responsibilities
  • Supporting the management of the financial responsibilities of our projects
  • Helping to generate detailed construction programmes

About you
  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a CA with a principal contractor
  • A natural leader and team player
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Experience with MS Projects, Procore and Jobpac (handy, but not essential)
