Overview

About the opportunity

As a Delivery Lead, you have a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products end-to-end. This particular role represents a blend between Product Delivery and Scrum Master. It is a role for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a difference to team performance each and every day.

You will take responsibility for one dedicated cross-functional squad with multiple POs with IE's largest client. It's a challenging and rewarding role that will be focused on aligning our client and our team; delivery of quality work, prioritising work along with our PO; improving WoW and focusing on IE Project team health.

  • Highly skilled in collaborating with multiple vendors to achieve a unified goal and successful outcome for the team or project.
  • Strong capability in managing external and internal delivery dependencies is a key advantage.
  • Proven ability to keep senior stakeholders informed and engaged, manage risks and issues and coordinate releases.
  • A deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies beyond Scrum such as Kanban, SAFE as well as familiarity with the traditional ways of delivering projects. Prior experience in PI Planning is considered an advantage
  • Understanding and implementation of exceptional project governance
  • Strong understanding of digital product roadmaps and the ability to help and advise PO's on creating roadmaps
  • Lead an agile squad of business analysts, engineers and testers in the capacity of a Scrum Master within a customer centric environment
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, exceeding your clients expectations for quality and value
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and software development processes.
  • Understanding of web and mobile development, UX/UI design, data analytics, or other relevant digital domains.
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation abilities to guide and coach cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive team culture.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and facilitating communication between the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and practices to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies in digital processes.
  • Experience within a multi agency environment will be highly regarded

You are self-driven, a creative thinker and love solving problems through innovative technology solutions. You have previously worked independently as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Iteration Manager on a digital project building and sustaining high performing teams.

  • Location – You are Melbourne-based and available to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

  • Multi-Tasker - You are confident at managing multiple competing Product Owners or Exec Stakeholders simultaneously while improving team/project outcomes
  • Strong Communicator - You are comfortable interacting candidly and transparently across a broad number of stakeholders from technical teams, to business teams to senior leadership
