Master Scheduler
Seeking a skilled Master / Project Scheduler to join the scheduling team within the Program Management Office, which supports project delivery.
Due to the work rights requirement for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule.
• Ensure the project schedule is integrated, aligned, and compliant with requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure cohesive and accurate scheduling, articulating the critical path of the project.
• Work with project managers to identify external dependencies.
• Analyse schedule data to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on schedule performance and progress against the baseline schedule.
Essential Criteria:
• 4-7+ years of Proven experience as a Master Scheduler / Project Scheduler
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Understanding of project management in both waterfall and agile
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged, both verbally and in writing
• Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI are a plus
• Experience working in a government environment is ideal
