How you will contribute

As Payroll Manager, you will deliver accurate and compliant payroll for employees, oversee the payroll provider with strong governance, and lead payroll system changes including testing, training and stakeholder engagement.

  • Partner with HR, Finance and IT to streamline processes, reporting and automation;
  • Provide back-up support for payroll processing, reconciliations and statutory reporting;
  • Resolve complex payroll issues while ensuring tax, superannuation and leave compliance; and
  • Manage, coach and support the payroll team to achieve excellence.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience leading payroll in a medium to large organisation;
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation;
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach;
  • Able to balance day-to-day payroll delivery with projects and transformation initiatives; and
  • High attention to detail, strong integrity, and skilled at managing complex payroll environments.
