Overview

Join to apply for the Client Services Officer role at APM. Lifecare is seeking a Client Services Officer to join our dedicated Homecare team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a full-time role working to support our Allied Health team in Canning Vale.

Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and efficient clerical services to team members, stakeholders and the general public
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries
  • Set up new patient records into the database
  • Schedule appointments for patients and assign practitioners to patients
  • Maintain appropriate storage of patient records and participate in team meetings

This is a Monday to Friday role working 9am to 5pm. Weekend time is yours to enjoy. You will receive full on-the-job training. The office is accessible by public transport or has free onsite parking.
