Are you a passionate leader ready to take the helm at a leading global sportswear retailer? We're searching for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the Burwood location, managing a large team and ensuring the store thrives in a dynamic, customer-first environment.

Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from managing stock and rosters to driving sales and meeting targets. In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to excel in customer service, maximize sales, and maintain operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a manager who thrives on the shop floor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, motivating and training your team, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. Your operational expertise and attention to detail will be key to the store's ongoing growth.

About You:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a store manager, confident in leading large teams of 15+ and understanding KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence your team.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
  • A proactive store manager who is involved in all store elements, including stock management and retail operations.
  • Ability to foster a moral and collaborative team environment through onboarding, training, and continuous development.
