Job Overview

The Café Manager will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations across three venues. This includes implementing processes, recruiting staff, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Operations Management: Overseeeing all aspects of food and beverage services to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Process Implementation and Refinement: Developing and implementing efficient processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Staff Recruitment, Training, and Management: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Daily Operations Management: Managing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the venues.
  • Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with hospital staff and visitors to promote our brand and services.
About You

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Proven Multi-Site Hospitality Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple hospitality sites.
  • Passion for Fresh Food and Specialty Coffee: A genuine passion for serving high-quality fresh food and specialty coffee.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of staff members.
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills to manage competing demands and priorities.
