This position is located in Sydney, Australia. Our office is in the Sydney CBD, near Town Hall and Hyde Park. What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor's LM Envision platform, powered by AI, provides modern enterprises with operational visibility and predictive insights across IT stacks, enhancing employee and customer experiences. AI and Machine Learning are integrated throughout the platform to improve efficiency, reduce alert fatigue, predict trends proactively, and support enterprise growth and transformation.

Customer Technical Architects are customer-centric thought leaders and evangelists. They ensure the success of Customer Experience and Sales by removing technical barriers and enabling customers to maximize the use of LogicMonitor products and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers, prospects, and internal teams with best practices for product use tailored to their unique situations and goals.
  • Provide technical enablement, introducing new features and products, and demonstrating their application within customer environments to drive positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to share technical expertise, tools, and frameworks that address common customer challenges outside current product and service scopes.
  • Translate customer and prospect requests into actionable insights with clear business outcomes for Product and Engineering teams to prioritize.
  • Develop and deliver engaging technical training curricula, working with the training team to accelerate internal and customer onboarding and value realization.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in a similar technical role
  • Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development, focusing on Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking, Application Services, Big Data, or distributed computing
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, or DevOps
  • Understanding of systems, data flows, and information within enterprise environments
  • Experience with API-based solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Strong technical writing abilities
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and adaptability to new tools
  • Significant Linux and/or Windows/Network administration experience
  • Willingness to travel for onsite training and evangelism
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
