**Care Team Manager - Morven Gardens**

**About the Role**

As a **Care Team Manager**, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our clinical care team, using your expertise and leadership to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll inspire and educate staff, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with aged care standards. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, supporting complex care needs, and maintaining accreditation under the Aged Care Act

**About You**

You’re a **Registered Nurse** with 3-5 years’ experience and a passion for aged care. You bring:

- IPC qualification or willingness to obtain
- Proven leadership in aged care and complex clinical settings
- Experience with clinical audits and adult learning principles
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Alignment with BaptistCare’s Christian values of Love, Respect, Reliability, and Empowerment

**Highly desired -** postgraduate qualifications in Management, Gerontology, or Training & Assessment, or hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
