About The RoleWe are on the hunt for motivated people. This is a phone-based sales position based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, working 9am to 5pm. You will work with an experienced manager and enthusiastic team to help customers make smarter financial decisions across multiple verticals including life insurance, home loans, health insurance and utilities.
Responsibilities- Establish customers' needs through compelling questions, providing energy options that suit their specific goals.
- Demonstrate resilience and motivation by making outbound sales calls.
- Educate customers on energy product sets, retailers (Origin, AGL, Engie & Dodo), pricing and offers.
- Embrace compliance culture and ensure a strong understanding of energy regulations.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and refer energy customers into other Compare Club verticals including Health, Life and Home Loans.
- Build rapport and ensure customers have an excellent consumer experience.
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
- A strong desire to be part of a high-performing team and culture; earn great commission while you grow and learn.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making well-informed decisions.
- Open-minded and coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Starting 22nd of September 2025.
- On target earnings = $100K with half-yearly base salary review.
