Location: Bentley, Western Australia, Australia. This is a full-time role with on-call requirements (on-call one week in every five to six weeks).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain buildings and physical assets in the Village, including independent living units and residential care facilities.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and respond to day-to-day maintenance needs.

Requirements / Skills
  • Competent in the use of hand and power machinery/tools.
  • Good knowledge of common maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Permanent working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
