At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team provides integrated digital marketing solutions for brands and advertisers across the globe. About the role

We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Acquisitions, Education, and Wagering vertical. Our CSMs are solutions experts within their verticals, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive client success.

Responsibilities
  1. Nurture and expand client relationships: Work with your Client Partner to cultivate and elevate post-sale client connections, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers.
  2. Support regular business reviews with a consultative, forward-thinking approach to forge enduring client relationships in partnership with the sales team.
  3. Proactively improve campaign performance by investigating accounts, monitoring ad campaigns, and initiating improvements for better outcomes.
  4. Generate data-backed insights by analyzing campaign performance data and producing insights to enhance our go-to-market strategies and inform vertical and market-wide programs.
  5. Contribute to shaping advertising strategy by providing marketplace feedback and insights.
  6. Manage programs: Oversee marketing science solutions from feasibility assessment to test and learn design for creative programs.
  7. Keep updated with TikTok features and units to maintain a current knowledge base.
  8. Support education of clients and agencies on product solutions, best practices, and foster growth within existing partnerships.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, development, or related support functions.
  • Experience with digital media platforms and ad metrics, especially in performance marketing (bonus for social/search/programmatic/ad-tech).
  • Experience managing app campaigns and understanding the app ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).
  • Knowledge of ad-tech and mar-tech platforms such as Salesforce, Liveramp, and Adobe.
