Overview

Site Supervisor role for a small developer builder specializing in upmarket townhouse developments (4-5 pack depending on site size). Based in Brisbane with three small townhouse developments (12 townhouses total across three sites in Albian, Nundah & Stafford). All sites are within 10 minutes of each other. Start date mid October.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise three small townhouse developments (12 townhouses in total across three sites).
  • Manage site activities with support from the construction manager and owners.
  • Coordinate on-site activities to ensure timely delivery and quality across multiple projects.
Qualifications
  • Must have previous experience supervising townhouse developments.
  • Ability to confidently supervise multiple small projects at once.
Remuneration and Benefits
  • Salary: $150,000 + Super
  • Bonus: $10,000 bonus for delivering projects
  • Fuel Card
  • Tablet
Location

Brisbane, with three sites located close to each other.
